The MyHealthyTransitions Health Coaching Sugar Detox is a comprehensive, yet simple and effective program to help break the chains sugar and carbs have on you – and help you find food freedom.
This is a proven, whole-foods based Sugar Detox program designed to help you bust sugar and carb cravings the healthy way. The program includes participant workbooks, including a complete outline of included foods and foods that will be eliminated for the three weeks, as well as a library of resources, recipes, weekly emails, access to a private Facebook group for extra accountability and motivation to help you along the way. There are weekly education sessions and videos from your Health Coach facilitators, so you learn how to navigate a sugar-free lifestyle with ease. There are different levels and flexibility to personalize your approach so that you can ease into a new way of eating depending on how you currently eat.
This isn't a program that requires special supplements or powders; you will be eating REAL, nutrient-dense foods on this Sugar Detox. You'll shift your mindset, change or palate and learn to like foods you may never have considered before. It will take some preparation, but it's surprisingly easy to follow. The recipes are simple and you can even eat out and enjoy social situations on this plan!
