1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1-1/2 cups unsweetened canned coconut milk (feel free to adjust the amount of liquid to blend into a smooth, thick “milkshake” consistency)
½ cup chilled brewed vanilla tea (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or seeds from vanilla bean pod)
2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides
1 tablespoon MCT oil
Additional ice (optional)
Optional for Creamsicle version:
1-2 drops Orange Essential Oil
Optional for Peppermint version:
1-2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves or fresh peppermint leaves
Notes: Pre-packaged frozen riced cauliflower works really well for this recipe rather than freezing freshly-made cauliflower rice. Feel free to adjust the amount of coconut milk and tea to your liking to make the “milkshake” more or less thick.
