Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened non-dairy, non-soy milk of choice (almond, cashew, hemp, macadamia, banana, cashew, or my personal favorite -- full-fat or lite canned coconut milk)
2-3 handfuls of spinach or kale
1/2 c. frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 c. frozen mixed berries or green-tipped banana
2 scoops 
VitalProteins Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides
1-2 T. natural almond butter
1/2 avocado

1 T. chia seeds (optional)

Sprinkle of cinnamon & ground ginger (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
