Dairy-free Avocado Mousse

1-2 servings


1-2 large ripe avocados

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup canned coconut milk

1 scoop collagen peptides

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

½-1 tsp stevia or monk fruit (optional)

Optional extras: shelled hempseeds, chia seeds, ripe banana, natural almond butter, cacao nibs, coconut oil, MCT oil


Puree the avocado until smooth.

Combine cacao powder, collagen peptides and coconut milk.  Add the avocado to the mixture and mix all until smooth.

Add the vanilla and other ingredients (if using) and mix until well blended.

Divide into small bowls and store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
