Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
3 lb. organic chicken wings, split at the joint, wing tips removed and discarded
4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. arrowroot powder

Directions

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425º. In a medium bowl, dry chicken thoroughly with paper towels and toss in oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and arrowroot powder. Mix well.
Grease rimmed sheet pans with olive oil and spread chicken in a single layer. Bake on top third baking rack, 20 minutes, then broil until golden brown, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

I recommend serving them with Primal Kitchen Foods Ranch Dressing (sans inflammatory oils, sugar or other foreign ingredients) or you can just enjoy plain with ...raw veggies.
