My Training

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.

It was a long-term goal of mine to pursue my certification as a Health Coach.  I overcame a serious health issue by taking my health into my own hands; immersing myself in education about how nutrition can heal the body.  I know first-hand how powerful food can be as medicine and now I want to help inspire others to find the dietary plan that works best for them.  I believe there is a place for both conventional and integrative medicine and my role as your Health Coach will be to provide you with knowledge about YOUR BODY...not what works for someone else. Let's face it, there is a lot of confusing, conflicting and downright false information out there and we are all different so why wouldn't it be the same about what type of diet will work best for you?  Working together, we will create your own Personal Nutrition Blueprint while exploring other aspects of wellness such as career, relationships, physical activity that all play a role in overall wellness.  The body and mind are connected and IIN approaches wellness from that perspective, which is why it is one of the most powerful programs in integrative health today.  I don't have an agenda other than to listen and support you in becoming the healthiest version of you, so I hope that you and I will have an opportunity to embark on that journey together.
