No-Bake Paleo Power Balls

Place nuts in a plastic bag and crush with a mallet until chopped into small pieces, or chop using a kitchen chopper tool.

8 balls

Ingredients

1 cup raw unsalted nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, macadamias, sunflower seeds), chopped 

1 cup raw creamy almond butter

1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or raw coconut butter

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 scoops collagen peptides

1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 Tbsp. ground turmeric

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 cup raw 100% cacao nibs

1/4 cup raw shelled hempseeds and additional for coating

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, melted coconut oil/butter, vanilla, cinnamon and turmeric.  Stir in collagen peptides. Add the chopped nuts, flaked coconut, hempseeds, and cacao nibs until mixture is well combined. Chill for about 10 minutes until slightly firm enough to be able to form mixture into 8 balls.  Roll balls in hempseeds to coat (if desired). Freeze in individual wrappers or balls until ready to eat.

Notes

These balls are best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
