As a Wellness Coach, I implement a program that is designed for all ages and genders and is completely different because it is customizable for you based on your current lifestyle and individual goals. You will learn how to eat the right foods in the right combinations at the right times without counting calories and you will be empowered to make changes that are lasting and realistic to maintain. This will be your new lifestyle!

Some of the biggest myths that I hear time and again that I want to dispell as a Wellness Coach are that 1.) Healthy eating takes a lot of time and effort and has to be complicated 2.) That you always need to eat less food to lose or maintain a healthy weight 3.) That you need to eat the same, boring foods over and over and that healthy eating cannot be delicious and 4.) You have to exercise for hours a day to achieve results.
I am a real-life example of a busy person and know from my own personal experience that all of these common statements are not true…and I want to share my knowledge with you!
